Casinos check players, we check casinos.

We constantly checking casinos' T&C and notify players, when casinos plan something tricky

Learn how it works

There are a lot of new casinos that open every day; most of them are low-quality but pretend to be big and luxurious. But what happens when a player hits a real jackpot? Often, paying sums like $50k becomes a big problem for such casinos. They start checking the player’s account, delay withdrawals, and wait until the player loses all their money. If the player decides not to play — boom, the account gets locked.

The biggest problem is that if a player violates a rule, a complaint won’t help. But what if the casino created a rule just for this situation?

Here comes our website, where players can always refer to it as we store the original casino’s terms and conditions, along with a history of changes (if applicable). So let’s understand better how it works:

How Casino Watchdog Works

  1. We specialize in monitoring and reviewing both new and trusted casinos.
  2. Our system checks the casinos’ Terms and Conditions on a daily basis.
  3. If any changes are detected, they are highlighted in red on the casino’s page.
  4. We currently notify users through Bitcointalk and Twitter. Stay tuned for our upcoming email subscription service for selected casinos.

T&C Fairness: How we Calculate It

Even though we have firsthand gambling experience in many casinos, we don’t rate them because such experiences can be subjective. The only thing we can objectively assess is the Terms and Conditions, which can teach you a great deal. However, most players dislike reading T&C, so we have taken on the task of evaluating fairness for you.

  1. Verification policy. It’s OK to ask for verification, but we prefer NO KYC, or 0-level KYC. If an unknown casino asks for proof of address or income, that’s a big red flag.
  2. Bonus policy. We think that bonus terms are important to almost all casino players. As an example, a fair wager should be a maximum of x45 the sum of the deposit, not (sum of deposit + bonus) * 45.
  3. Withdrawal limits should be at least $50k per month, $15k per week, $5k per day.
  4. We identify unreasonable rules, such as allowing a casino to close your account if you occupy 3 or more Blackjack seats, even when technically 3+ seats are allowed.
  5. We also detect unfair rules, such as allowing a casino to hold your account for 90 days for a check-up or similar reasons.

However, the final decision on whether the terms and conditions are fair or unfair depends on their text. We add to the cons of each review potential points that could be used against users; in some cases, this includes a maximum win per day, and in others, it prohibits the use of VPNs.
