Bitz.io has fair T&Cs and does not mention any aspects that may be used against the player. However, their T&Cs are poorly written, lacking information about withdrawal limits. The saddest thing is the 7 days they may use to verify a user. However, their management told us that they don’t have verification as mandatory. Play there at your own risk.

1.  Introduction 

To use our services, you must create an account and accept the terms and conditions below.

2. Responsibility

2.1 To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not compensate you or be liable to you for any direct damages or indirect, special or consequential damages of any kind or any loss of opportunity, revenue, actual or anticipated profits, business, contracts, goodwill or reputation, anticipated monetary gains, damage or corruption of data, whether or not we have been advised in advance of the possibility of such loss/damage) that you may suffer while playing or using the site.

2.2 We strongly recommend that you check its suitability and compatibility with your own computer equipment before using the service; take the necessary precautions to protect yourself from malicious programs or devices, including by installing anti-virus software.

2.3 We are not responsible for any functional problems of the website caused by force majeure such as social riots, network service outages, industrial malfunctions and ddos attacks and other compelling reasons. During these compelling reasons, our services will be considered suspended and the service time will be extended for the duration of the compelling reasons. 3 General provisions and breach of the Rules

3.2 Without limiting our other remedies, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse to provide you with further services on our Site, in any case without prior notice, if in our reasonable opinion you breach any material term of the Terms. However, notice of any such action will be given to you promptly.

4.  Your responsibilities

You represent and warrant that at all times while accessing the Site and using the service:

4.1 You are over 18 years of age or the age at which gambling or gaming activities are permitted under the law or jurisdiction applicable to you. We reserve the right to require proof of age from you at any time.

6.  Creating an account (also account, game account)

6.1 You must create an account in order to bet and play any games through our Site.

6.2 For legal and commercial reasons, you are not permitted to create an account in the above countries and use our Site from those countries. You are not permitted to open accounts in these countries and you should not use the Site.

6.3 When creating an account, you will be asked to provide your contact information, which includes your name, address, date of birth, and phone and email.

6.4 Your account must be created under your own name and with the correct information. You may only have one account. Any other account you create on our Site will be treated as multiple accounts. Your multiple accounts may be terminated instantly:

7.  Your account (also account, profile, game account)

7.1 You must keep your account information secure and up to date.

7.2 We may close or suspend an account if we reasonably believe that you are not complying with the Rules, or to ensure the integrity or fairness of the service, or if we have other reasonable grounds for doing so. We may not always be able to provide you with advance notice. If we close or suspend your account due to your failure to comply with a Rule, we may cancel and/or void any bets you place and withhold any money in your account (including deposits).

7.3 We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any bet at any time for any reason, including any bet that is deemed to have been placed fraudulently in order to circumvent our betting limits and/or our system rules.

7.4 If any amount is erroneously credited to your account, it remains our property and when we become aware of such an error, we will notify you and the amount will be withdrawn from your account.

7.5 You must tell Us as soon as You become aware of any errors relating to Your Account.

7.6 We may monitor and review your behavior and activities on our site and take any action we deem appropriate in our sole discretion if we discover any breach of these rules or if we suspect any unfair and unscrupulous play that gives you an advantage.

We may issue a warning, or immediately block your account, cancel your bonuses and winnings, seize funds, refer your details to the relevant authorities or take legal action.

10.7 We reserve the right to recalculate your account and the amount of bets placed, regardless of the amount won, for more than one account in the event that fraud, illegal activity or any other error(s) has occurred.

10.8 You are responsible for informing local tax authorities and competent authorities of your gains and losses.

10.9 You may withdraw funds from your Account at any time subject to the following conditions:

all deposits made to your account must be clean and there must be no refund request or objection (otherwise the payment request will be canceled);

11.  Deposit wagering policy

11.1 Money deposited in the Casino must be used for gaming activities. As such, a wager is applied to all deposits. The wager determines the multiplier by which your deposit amount must be multiplied to obtain the wagering amount (Wager).

11.2 The wager for all deposits made in cryptocurrency and used for casino games and sports betting is set at x0.3; for all deposits made in fiat currency and used for casino games x3, for sports betting is set at x1.

11.3 Withdrawal request will be rejected until deposit wagering conditions are met, i.e. until wagering on the wagering amount (deposit amount multiplied by the wager) is completed after the deposit has been made. 12. errors and other faults

15.  Gambling and underage persons

15.1 We reserve the right to close your account immediately if we suspect that you are currently under the age of 18 (or under the age of majority as defined by the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you) or that you were under that age when you placed any bets through the service on our Site. We will investigate the matter, including whether you have placed bets as an agent or otherwise on behalf of a person under the age of 18. If this is proven, we will carry out the following:

– all winnings currently or to be credited to your account will be retained;

– all funds deposited into your account that are not winning will be refunded to you or retained until you reach the age of 18, a decision to be made by us in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deduct payment transaction fees, including transaction fees for deposits to your bitz.io account that we have covered, from the amount to be refunded.

16.  Illegal activities

16.1 We will seek criminal and contractual sanctions against any of our customers (Player) involved in fraud, dishonesty or criminal acts. We will withhold payments to any of our customers (Player) if any of the above acts are suspected. The customer (Player) shall indemnify Us and shall pay Us on demand all costs, charges or losses incurred or suffered by Us (including any direct, indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business and loss of reputation) arising directly or indirectly as a result of such customer’s (Player’s) fraudulent, dishonest or criminal acts.

16.2 We will take all necessary steps to prevent such activities and to identify and identify any persons associated with them. We will not be liable for any damage or loss that you or any other gambling participant may suffer as a result of secret agreements, fraud or other illegal activities.

Bitz reserves the right to restrict the Service, deposit, or withdrawal until identity is sufficiently determined, or for any other reason in Bitz Risk Department discretion. Bitz defined 7 days’ first response as eligible during the KYC procedure. The full procedure should be done in no more than 30 days after the first response from the Risk department via email at [email protected]. In case of fraud suspicion and if the user declines the requested information from the Risk department or the eligible timeline will pass, Bitz reserves the right to close the access for the user’s account permanently.

17.2. KYC Procedures may include any of the following: requesting personal information about the User in order to identify him/her, which may include requesting a valid identification document and a selfie; verifying the personal information provided by the User in the moment of registration and during use of the Service; requesting the information and documents about the User’s occupation, source of funds and source of income used by the User in the Services; requesting personal information about the User and about the location and jurisdiction from which the User uses the Services in order to that he/she confirmed that he/she not use our services while located in any jurisdiction that prohibits the placing and/or accepting of bets online and/or playing casino and/or live games and/or restricted country;

18.  Other prohibited activities

18.1 You must not use the Site’s services and chat features in any manner or for any purpose that could be considered offensive, indecent, racist, discriminatory or abusive. You must not use offensive or obscene language or imagery, and you must not be disruptive to other users or employees of the Site.

23. Responsible game

25.2 Your cash balance and your bonus balance

A bonus is treated as a “free bet” and has no equivalent cash value. No cash alternative, substitution, transfer or assignment of any bonus is permitted at any time except in accordance with these terms and conditions. When you receive a bonus, it will be added to the “bonus balance” in your account. You may not withdraw any amounts in your bonus balance. When you deposit your own cash, it will be added to the “Cash Balance” of your account. You may withdraw any amounts in the “Cash Balance” of your account, but if you do so, you will lose any amounts remaining in your bonus balance. Important Note: By creating a payout request, you will automatically forfeit any amounts in your Bonus Balance. 25.4 Wagering requirements

Bonus wagering requirements means the total amount of wagers you must wager before the bonus and any accrued winnings are transferred to your cash balance and can be withdrawn. The wagering requirements for each bonus are set out in the specific bonus terms and conditions and are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or the bonus amount plus the deposit amount. If a bet placed on sports is greater than the player’s account balance, including any bonus that is currently being wagered, that bet will be disregarded.

25.5. several bonuses on one account

Bonuses are processed one by one. When the earliest bonus is “exercised” or “withdrawn” (see the meaning of these terms in the paragraph below), the next bonus in line becomes “active”.

There are four different stages of the bonus and they are as follows:

Active – a bonus that you have started wagering but for which you have not yet met the wagering requirements. As long as you have an active bonus on your account, you cannot withdraw the bonus amount and/or any winnings.

Pending – the second or subsequent bonus on your account, which you have not yet started wagering. A pending bonus cannot be withdrawn.

Fulfilled – a bonus for which the wagering requirements have been met. The bonus amount and any accrued winnings will be automatically transferred to your cash balance and can be withdrawn.

Canceled – An active or pending bonus may be canceled and removed from your bonus balance if: (a) you fail to meet the wagering requirements within a specified period; or (b) you choose to withdraw any amount of money from your account prior to meeting the wagering requirements; or (c) you violate this Agreement or the terms and conditions of the promotion.

When the bonus is canceled, your bonus balance will be set to 0 and there will be no future obligation on your part with respect to the canceled bonus.

25.6 Abuse of shares

Our casino reserves the right to check records and transaction logs from time to time for any reason. If such a check reveals that a player is engaging in strategies that our casino, in its sole discretion, considers abusive, we reserve the right to disqualify such player from participating in the promotion.

Important note, in order to protect against high risk wagering, each wager must be less than or equal to 20% of the original active bonus amount, if a player wagers more than 20% of the original active bonus amount while wagering a bonus, that wager will only contribute 20% of the original active bonus amount to the wagering requirements.
