14. REFUND POLICY

The Cryptorino.io Balance were not used in any Bets or Tips yet. (this means after the purchase you did not do any actions involving Cryptorino.io Balance on Your Account)

The following Coins cannot be returned:

The supply of Cryptorino.io Balance which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other Cryptorino.io Balance. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any kind that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

14.3 Returning Cryptorino.io Balance.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Cryptorino.io Balance to Us. Our support will give you further information on how you can return the Cryptorino.io Balance to Us. Please follow their instructions carefully. A failure to follow their instructions will be your risk.

14.4 Refund over a Technical Problem with a Bet

If there is a technical issue from our site, our Website or our Services during a bet which our team can verify; you will be refunded for 100% of the bet amount. This may include, but is not limited to, use of the term “Cryptorino.io” in paid advertising, social media accounts, or on search engines.

Marketing Cryptorino.io in restricted geographies, buying paid media that serves on any search term containing “Cryptorino.io”, or offering “welcome bonuses” is not permitted.
